From the photographer: “There is a gorgeous, little Russian Orthodox church right on the beach in Kenai City, AK. When I first saw its blue and gold spires, I was immediately struck with visions of a freed Princess Anastasia eloping with her love. Delana (Mrs. Alaska 2017 winner’s circle) and her new husband had just eloped to Costa Rica earlier in the year, so I knew they’d be perfect to capture that destination romance feel I had in mind.”
