Barathi and Mahesh combined two different cultures for a beautiful wedding day that was all their own!
Since they were both born and raised in the United States, but their parents were from India, they decided to have a traditional ceremony with Hindu wedding elements, and made it more personal by writing their own vows and having their grandparents say a few words.
For the reception, Barathi changed into a lehenga, a traditional Indian garb, that was designed in an ivory color as a nod to the more traditional American bride. The room sparkled in gold and was decorated in a bright fall color palette with lots of green, white, burgundy, and blush accents! Guests enjoyed a magical evening of entertainment, dancing, and wonderful food, and it was a night they will never forget!
