A Galentine’s Day Party at the Historic Post Office in Hampton, VA

Homegrown Happenings by Hallie brings us a wonderful Galentine’s Day party inspiration, and we love what she had to say about the event…

“When a local home baker, Kristina Sideri of Kristina Sideri Kakes, came to me with the idea of a Valentine’s Day styled shoot, I was excited to take on the task! I stepped out of my comfort zone from dark & moody and went for bright, airy, girly and PINK! I knew I wanted a white brick backdrop and the Historic Post Office in Hampton, VA was the perfect spot for this!

With a ton of natural light entering through their historic windows, the pink BOUNCED off the white brick walls in a beautiful way. The vibes were light and airy with pink overload in a tasteful but ‘old school’ valentines day way. My love for pink & girly is few and far between but after this shoot, my mind may be swaying!”
