Rebecca and Alex’s love story was many years in the making! He proposed to the love of his life the day after their dating anniversary at the same exact spot where he first asked her out on a date. Then, so they could celebrate a two day long anniversary for the rest of their lives, they were married on the two year anniversary of when he proposed!
Since they live in New Zealand, but Rebecca’s family is from Canada, they decided to wed at the magnificent Trafalgar Castle School in Ontario! In the spirit of the regal venue, Alex designed “King” and “Queen” artwork for the head table, artwork for each table at the reception, and a “crest” that he drew on Rebecca’s shoes.
The lovely princess bride captivated everyone as she walked down the aisle in her stunning Maggie Sottero gown from Everlasting Memories, and she and her bridesmaids held striking succulent bouquets from Branching Out. The Rolling Pin treated guests to a delicious cake for dessert and amidst all the fun and romance, Jennifer Newberry Photography was there to document every moment of this long awaited day! Congratulations Rebecca and Alex, on creating the wedding of your dreams! The love that you have for each other is truly inspiring!
